Just a fine choice for a fleeting stay in Kamloops with reasonable price. The indoor pool was a nice way to unwind after traveling. Check the breakfast hours to avoid the rush, as it gets crowded.

The hotel was perfect for our family with three young kids. We loved exploring Riverside Park, which had a fantastic beach and views. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast spread was decent—those waffles were a hit with the little ones!

My children wanted a wider breakfast selection.

The front desk staff at night was cheerful and attentive. Breakfast options were quite limited and the pastries weren't fresh. The morning staff could have used some training in customer service. not very welcoming. The electric kettle in my room wasn't working, and when I needed tissues, I had to go down to get more. Overall, it’s a decent place, but with a few areas that could be improved, especially in the morning service aspect.

The deluxe king room was super comfy with air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. I loved the indoor pool and hot tub facilities. The fitness center looked great too! The breakfast had eggs, hash browns, and waffles. It was super clean and had plenty of towels. Just a lovely space to unwind.
